Before retiring in October 2024 and starting MOXZY Performance Advisors, LLC., Dave Klinger ended his 30+ year corporate career with Reladyne, Inc., based in Cincinnati, Ohio. https://jobbersworld.com/titans-in-lubricant-distribution-reladyne/ While with Reladyne, Dave was the Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence. He was responsible for creating operational efficiencies and a ‘people first’ culture while at RelaDyne by driving Continuous Improvement to achieve the objectives set by the company's Strategic Plan. Dave also managed Product Line Management, Fleet, Capex, and Safety.

Dave began his career in 1986 as a lubricant’s sales representative for Carlos R. Leffler, Inc. He was promoted to Director of Sales in 1992 and became Vice President in 1994. In 1997, he became Vice President of Columbia Energy when they acquired Leffler.

In 2001, he joined PPC Lubricants, Inc., a privately held, fourth-generation petroleum lubricants distributor, where he served as President. During his tenure, PPC grew from 10 employees and $5 million in revenue to 220 employees and over $225 million in revenue. The company also expanded from one to six locations in the Mid-Atlantic region. PPC was a leading distributor of automotive and heavy-duty lubricants, DEF, antifreeze, and other functional fluids, as well as complementary products. Dave earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Communications from Elizabethtown College in 1986. He earned a Certificate in Sales and Marketing Leadership from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
